Engine & Drivetrain

Pop the hood and you will see the correct 350 cubic inch V-8 Engine with the block, heads, and intake painted in gold, equipped with power brakes and power steering, air conditioning, running as good as it sounds and all sitting in a very clean and detailed engine compartment.

It has a great startup sound to it with its chrome open element air cleaner and dual exhaust system and that power is transmitted to the 10-bolt rear end.

Interior

The interior has a nice factory look to it with the newly upholstered black bucket seats, door panels, carpet, matching rear seat, and headliner.

The factory dash has wood grain surrounding the gauges, wood spoked steering wheel, AM/FM Cassette pushbutton radio, air conditioning, black carpet and floor mats, black GM seatbelts, and the floor console housing the chrome sporty automatic shifter with its wood shift ball.

Exterior

Our Olds has a gorgeous red paint job with bodywork that is super looking, great chrome front and rear bumpers, stainless trim, black convertible top, and twin exhaust tips out under the back of the rear bumper.

It looks mean and has the right stance and look as it rides on factory red painted and chrome factory mag wheels with raised white letter Mastercraft Avenger GT performance radial tires.

Conclusion

The 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertble we have here at Adventure Classics is a great and very desirable muscle car and would be a nice collector car to cruise in and enjoy.

It has sinister looks with the red paint with a black interior and black convertible top, and has all the enjoyable ride qualities of a top-down cruiser.
