While 1953 Chevy 3100 trucks are really cool and collectors are getting very fond of them, we have one of those trucks here at Adventure Classics that is absolutely one that you will not see very often.

It is a restored vintage 1953 Chevy 3100 truck 5-window that has plenty of originality and having the 1953's distinct front end and vintage look too.

Engine & Drivetrain

Our 3100 has the correct 216 cubic inch inline 6 with its block and valve cover freshly painted along with the black factory air cleaner under which is a one-barrel carb. The engine is in very good form, starting up promptly and running smoothly as it teams with a 4-speed manual transmission that shifts without issue.

The overall driving experience this vintage truck offers is impressive as its drum brakes bring reassuring stops without pulling to one side or the other and the clutch pedal has a nice, solid feel to it.

It rides on a set of factory black painted steel wheels with chrome hubcaps that are wrapped with white wall tires to provide just the right authentic appearance.

Interior

Inside is a sharp-looking interior with nearly everything still has the same factory look that it did when this Chevy rolled out for service more than 70 years ago.

It has a brown full bench seat with plenty of comfort, matching door panels and headliner, factory dash features stock gauges, wrapped factory steering wheel, factory pushbutton radio, black floor mat, and the desirable five-window cab lets in plenty of extra light. Exterior

Exterior

Our 1953 is painted in a brilliant shade of red paint that is sure to receive lots of looks and attention as you cruise around town as it has great gaps and lines and the doors open and shut easily.

Both chrome bumpers are shiny, the five panels of glass encircling the cab are nice and clear, the bed has been painted red to match the body and has wood planks lining the bed floor.

Conclusion

With a smooth red paint job on the outside, stock looking interior, and the restored engine under the hood, this 1953 Chevrolet 3100 5-window cab truck we have here at Adventure Classis is certainly unique and attention getting.
