Car History

We have a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Spit Window Resto-Mod, built by Karl Kustom Corvettes and serial numbered 020C, that is undeniably one of the biggest showstoppers we have ever had for sale here at Adventure Classics!

Our 1963 sports the legendary split window body on a late model Corvette chassis, with a supercharged LS motor in this legendary model that was the first Corvette Coupe and remains today a unique and sought-after style.

Engine & Drivetrain

Our Coupe was custom built by Karl Kustom Corvettes and mixes the hot styling of the 1963 Corvette Spilt Window with the engineering of a C6 making this a performance car that is so stunning it always gets a second glance.

If you want enough supercharged horsepower to obliterate and have columns of smoke billowing off of your tires, this engine is all you will ever want.

Karl Kustom Corvettes specializes in building the best examples of these custom Mid-year Corvettes anywhere in the world. Ours started with a 2011 donor car and was built meticulously from the ground up for one heck of an opportunity to own old muscle with new value. Every piece of these wicked rides comes with a fully backed GM certified warranty for peace of mind.

Add in the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger and it takes the performance to a whole new level.

Interior

The interior is all stock 2011 Corvette with gorgeous modern conveniences and safety features you could ask for including an all-black leather twin front bucket seat layout, all the Corvette bells and whistles like cruise control, keyless ignition/entry, full power accessories, OnStar, six-way power driver seat, a manual tilt steering wheel and dual-zone automatic climate control, audio system including a CD/MP3 player, satellite radio, steering-wheel-mounted controls and an auxiliary audio jack.

Exterior

Karl Kustom Corvettes took this gorgeous Split Window Coupe body and made it a reality, giving it the nostalgic look while using a build process that implemented only the best materials and workmanship.

Karl Kustom's hand-fabricate the body and use finite alterations that are painstakingly performed on the body that result is perfection, in not only the styling, but the smooth-as-silk black paint job on it.

Little things make all the difference like the 1963 Corvette Split Window bumpers are made from steel and are triple plated and fit to modern standards, hood inlays and grills are hand-fabricated using Billet 6061-T6 aluminum material, factory door frames are retained and the new body panels are reattached to the platform using modern epoxies and factory-equivalent fasteners, and most of the drive train and mechanicals are all factory GM stock.

Conclusion

The look of a 1963 Chevrolet Split Window Corvette is unmistakable. It has always been regarded as one of the most beautifully designed American-made cars of all time.

The 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Spit Window Resto-Mod, built by Karl Kustom Corvettes we have here at Adventure Classics, is also one of the most intriguing looking resto-mods you will ever see, and is a must for any serious high-end collection.
