1970 Dodge Super Bee

Car History

Nothing much looks hotter than a 1970 Dodge Super Bee painted in hot Yellow like the one we have here at Adventure Classics.

We believe this car to be a matching numbers car (engine code N on the 5th digit shows 383 4-barrel) that has had the same owner for more than a decade now, with power steering and air-conditioning and a single four-barrel V8 muscle car, although the data tag is missing off the fender.

Engine & Drivetrain

Our Super Bee has a potent RB engine dressed in factory correct Hemi orange paint on the engine block, intake, and valve covers, and correct factory Ram Air Grabber air cleaner assembly plus everything else looks like it should with the engine residing in a detailed, painted, and correct engine compartment.

It has A/C, 4-barrel carb, front disc brakes, power steering, automatic transmission and a H.D. rear end with it riding on factory Mopar 5-spoke mag wheels with Firestone Wide Oval white letter tires.

Interior

Open the door to our Dodge and you will see the black interior with upholstered front bench seat and matching rear seat, black dash with the factory gauges including a 150 mph speedometer and working tachometer, stereo radio system, shifter on the column, wood paneling on the dash, black door panels and carpet, and the factory three-spoke steering wheel.

Exterior

Our Bee has had a great beautiful bright yellow paint job on the straight body with black rear stripes with the Super Bee emblem which pretty are unique for this one model year only style.

The Super Bee has a sinister appearance with the wide dual grille, aggressive dual hood scoops painted in black, chrome that is excellent, and contrasting black vinyl roof.

Conclusion

The 1970 Super Bee we have here at Adventure Classics is a one year only body style and with only 3,630 Super Bee coupes built, it will always be very collectable muscle car.

It is sure to appreciate in value as these are one of the rarest Dodge muscle cars around.
