The 1969 442 came with a 400 cubic inch V8 engine (Vin number on the block) with the block, valve covers, and intake all painted in the correct factory gold paint, Quadrajet 4-barrel carburetor, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds, upgraded heads, power brakes, and contrasted by the correct red Olds 442 factory air cleaner.
It sits in a stunning factory correct, painted and detailed engine compartment and is backed by the correct Muncie 4-speed transmission, the correct boxed trailing arms, Positraction H.D. Rear end, front & rear stabilizer bars, and factory dual exhaust system with Turbo mufflers.
Interior
Our 442 is blessed with a bright white interior consisting of the correct twin front bucket seats with the floor console which houses the Hurst 4-speed shifter and white shifter ball, matching rear seat, beautiful factory sport steering wheel, factory tach and gauges, factory seatbelts, and tinted glass.
The dash also has all the factory correct buttons, instruments and knobs, 442 emblem, wood grain trim, radio, black floor mats and black carpet that is in very good condition, and the truck is original with the factory correct Oldsmobile trunk mat, spare tire and wheel.
Exterior
This 442 has a super deep black paint job with the twin scoop factory 442 hood swathed in white racing stripes from the factory, black vinyl top, 442 badging, and great trim, glass, bumpers, and chrome.
It rides on factory chrome 5-spoke Oldsmobile Super Stock wheels and BF Goodrich Radial TA tires with a great exhaust note coming out the back via the dual exhaust system and chrome tips.
